Kombucha is a sparkling fermented tea that has been used as a restorative, detoxifying and balancing health tonic in Asia for centuries.  It has become so popular that you can now buy it in some grocery chains in California but you can easily make your own.  It is reported to aid in digestion, balance your metabolism, be invigorating, supports the immune system and helps with appetite and weight control through balancing and alkalinizing the body, improving organ function and breaking down gluten.  Class includes making your own customized tea, tastings of different flavored kombucha and leave with a starter culture and full instructions.
